Information about cookies

Due to the entry into force of the aforementioned modification of the Law on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE) established by Royal Decree 13/2012, it is mandatory to obtain the express consent of any user who uses websites that employ non-essential cookies before starting browsing.

What are cookies?

Cookies and other similar technologies, such as local shared objects, Flash cookies, or pixels, are tools used by web servers to store and retrieve information about website visitors, as well as to ensure its proper functioning. The use of these devices allows the web server to remember certain user data, such as their display preferences for that server’s pages, their username and password, the products they are most interested in, etc.

Cookies affected by legislation and excluded cookies

According to the EU Directive, cookies that require the user’s informed consent are analytical cookies and those used for advertising and affiliation; excluded from this category are technical cookies and those necessary for the proper functioning of the website and the provision of services expressly requested by the user.

What types of cookies exist?

Regarding the types of cookies, there are five main groups:

  • Analytical cookies: collect information about website usage.
  • Social cookies: are those necessary for external social networks.
  • Affiliate cookies: allow tracking visits from other websites with which the website has signed an affiliate agreement (affiliate companies).
  • Advertising and behavioral cookies: collect information about the user’s personal preferences and choices (retargeting).
  • Technical and functional cookies: are strictly necessary for the use of the website and for the provision of the contracted service.

  • PHPSESSID: technical and strictly necessary cookie that contains the session identifier. It is deleted when the browser is closed.
  • _lang: technical and strictly necessary cookie that contains the session language. It is deleted when the browser is closed.
  • ac_cookies: technical and strictly necessary cookie that contains the value of whether or not cookie installation has been accepted. Expires 1 year from the last update.
  • _ga: Google Analytics cookie that enables the unique visit control function. This cookie will be installed the first time a user enters the website through a browser. When this user re-enters the website with the same browser, the cookie will consider them the same user. Only if the user changes browsers will they be considered another user. Expires 2 years from the last update.
  • _gat: this cookie is associated with Google Analytics Universal. It is used to limit request speed; limiting data collection on high-traffic sites. Expires in 10 minutes.
  • _utma: Google Analytics cookie that records the date of the first and last time the user visited the website. Expires 2 years from the last update.
  • _utmb: Google Analytics cookie that records the time of arrival at the website. Expires 30 minutes from the last update.
  • _utmc: Google Analytics cookie used for interoperability with the urchin.js tracking code. It is deleted when the browser is closed.
  • _utmt: Google Analytics cookie. This cookie is used to process the type of request made by the user. Expires at the end of the session.
  • _utmv: Google Analytics cookie. This cookie is used to segment demographic data. Expires at the end of the session.
  • _utmz: Google Analytics cookie that stores the traffic source or a campaign to explain how the user arrived at the website. Expires 6 months from the last update.

    Política de devolución

    Dispones de 14 días naturales desde la recepción del producto/s para desistir o devolver el mismo.

    No se admite la devolución ni el desistimiento, por razones de protección de la salud e higiene, cuando el envoltorio, embalaje o precinto que protege el producto, haya sido abierto. El producto deberá estar envuelto adecuadamente, con la etiqueta original, no manipulado y con todos sus componentes originales. 

    Puedes iniciar la devolución del producto contactándonos:

    Enviaremos un mensajero a recoger el producto en la dirección que nos facilites. Entrega el producto al transportista.

    El reembolso se realizará por el mismo medio de pago con el que se abonó el producto y por el importe correspondiente. Se realizará antes de que hayan transcurrido 14 días desde la fecha de recepción de la devolución en las oficinas de Adacyte.

    Los gastos derivados de la recogida del producto correrán a cargo de Adacyte.
