CurQD® is a natural product , combination of two herbal compounds: Qura, curcumin designed to act directly in the intestine, and Qing Dai. Both compounds have clinically demonstrated the ability to reduce intestinal inflammation. Different CurQD® protocols have been developed, adapted to the severity of the intestinal health problem to be supplemented: CurQD®-1, CurQD®-3, and Qura.

Curcumin is extracted from the herb Jiang Huang, native to India, and has been used for centuries throughout Southeast Asia. It is known for its digestive, circulatory, liver, and joint benefits. 

Curcumin is the isolated compound from turmeric with active properties. By itself, turmeric contains only between 2-3% of active curcumin. In food supplements, curcumin is usually enriched or increased, in some cases up to 95%. 

Unlike commercially available curcumin, Qura uses a formulation specifically targeted at the intestine, which is not absorbed and therefore increases its concentration where it is most needed in cases of intestinal inflammation, acting for a prolonged period at the focus of inflammation. Studies show that this formulation is very effective when used as a complement to the usual treatment for intestinal health problems.

No, the same benefits cannot be obtained through the consumption of curcumin found in the diet or through currently available supplements on the market because: dietary curcumin is usually at very low concentrations and consumed in very small quantities, and most nutritional supplements containing curcumin usually incorporate adjuvants such as piperine or ginger to improve its absorption (curcumin is very insoluble). This way, the concentration of curcumin in the bloodstream increases, acting throughout the body, but it remains in direct contact with the intestine for a very short time. Hence, its effect is very different from that of CurQD® or Qura. 

Yes, it is safe to take CurQD® or Qura together with other medications that treat intestinal pathologies and many other medications. Furthermore, both compounds are designed to act synergistically with other intestinal treatments. Therefore, you should continue with your medication, unless your doctor advises otherwise. However, if your doctor is unaware that you are taking herbal supplements, we strongly recommend that you inform him/her before starting any new herbal supplement, as in some cases, interactions can occur between them.

It is important that your gastroenterologist is aware of all the medication/supplements you are taking, not only that related to intestinal pathology, in order to minimise potential interactions between them or with CurQD® or Qura and vice versa.

You should always choose the CurQD® protocol recommended by your doctor after evaluating the severity of your intestinal health problem. 

Extensive research has been conducted on CurQD® or Qura and dosing plans based on solid evidence collected from multiple patients, in clinics and laboratories. Currently, research continues to gather relevant information on baseline conditions, intestinal symptoms, and analytical tests of patients treated with both supplements to ensure the best results and maximum safety.

The initial CurQD® regimen generally lasts for 8 weeks. According to clinical trials, this is the period in which the desired results are likely to be achieved. Between 6-8 weeks, your doctor will evaluate how you are responding to CurQD® supplementation and will make any adjustments deemed necessary according to your response, in order to restore intestinal balance.

Each box contains 2 bottles with capsules. 

Each bottle covers 2 weeks of supplementation, so 1 box of CurQD® covers 4 weeks of supplementation.

The initial CurQD® protocol generally lasts 8 weeks, so you should take 2 boxes of CurQD® to complete it.

Between 6-8 weeks, your doctor will evaluate how you are responding to the supplement and will make any necessary adjustments. Depending on your progress, he/she may suggest you continue this initial regimen for another 4 to 8 weeks.

If you believe you should follow a maintenance regimen with Qura for a certain period, remember that Qura boxes also contain 2 bottles and cover 4 weeks of supplementation..

CurQD® and Qura are completely safe products for children aged 8 and above. Very good results have been obtained in pediatric cases.

CurQD® or Qura are contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation.

If you find it difficult to swallow capsules, you can open the CurQD® and Qura capsules to facilitate their intake. You can mix their content with apple sauce or foods with a similar texture, as they do not dissolve well in liquids.

We advise you to store all CurQD® and Qura products at room temperature in a cool, dry place, avoiding exposure to excessive heat or humidity.

If you have skipped a single dose, simply continue with your usual plan. 

If you have missed more doses, contact your doctor.

You must not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose.

Consult your doctor. However, you should keep in mind that taking too many supplements at once makes it difficult to monitor the specific response obtained with each of them.

    Dispones de 14 días naturales desde la recepción del producto/s para desistir o devolver el mismo.

    No se admite la devolución ni el desistimiento, por razones de protección de la salud e higiene, cuando el envoltorio, embalaje o precinto que protege el producto, haya sido abierto. El producto deberá estar envuelto adecuadamente, con la etiqueta original, no manipulado y con todos sus componentes originales. 

    Puedes iniciar la devolución del producto contactándonos:

    Enviaremos un mensajero a recoger el producto en la dirección que nos facilites. Entrega el producto al transportista.

    El reembolso se realizará por el mismo medio de pago con el que se abonó el producto y por el importe correspondiente. Se realizará antes de que hayan transcurrido 14 días desde la fecha de recepción de la devolución en las oficinas de Adacyte.

    Los gastos derivados de la recogida del producto correrán a cargo de Adacyte.
